Work from home

A laptop, a headset with a microphone, and stable internet. No commute.

US evening shift

About 20:00–04:00 in Kosovo and Albania. Full or part shifts.

Base pay + bonuses

A bonus for every appointment that shows up. Paid in euros or dollars.

English is the job

Clear, fluent spoken English — you’ll use it all shift.

What you’ll do

  • Call Americans who asked us for information about life insurance — warm leads, not random numbers
  • Confirm a few details and book a phone appointment on our agents’ calendars
  • Send a friendly reminder and log every call in our CRM
  • Hand off: licensed U.S. agents handle every insurance conversation

You won’t sell, quote prices, or give advice. In the U.S. that’s the licensed agent’s job — by law.

Who we’re looking for

  • Fluent, clear spoken English that Americans understand easily — the one thing we can’t train
  • Calm, friendly, and persistent: you’ll hear “not now” often and stay warm anyway
  • Reliability: on time, every shift
  • A laptop or desktop, a USB headset with a microphone, internet of 20 Mbps or faster, and a quiet room
  • Available on weekday evenings and nights in Kosovo time (the U.S. afternoon and evening)
  • 18 or older
  • Call center or sales experience helps, but isn’t required

Straight answers

Questions before you apply

Do I need experience to be an appointment setter?

No. Clear spoken English and reliability matter most. We train you on the script, the calendar, and the CRM.

Do I need an insurance license?

No. You only book appointments. Licensed U.S. agents handle every conversation about insurance, prices, and coverage.

What are the working hours?

The U.S. afternoon and evening, which is roughly 20:00 to 04:00 in Kosovo and Albania. Full shifts or part shifts.

How is the job paid?

Base pay plus a bonus for every appointment that shows up, paid in euros or dollars. We go through the exact rates in your interview. You work as an independent contractor.

Why a voice memo instead of a CV?

Because the job is your voice. Sixty seconds tells us more about how you’ll sound on the phone than a page of experience.

Can I apply from outside Kosovo?

Yes — from Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and elsewhere, as long as your English is clear and you can work the U.S. evening shift.

Is this job a scam?

No. We never charge applicants anything — not for training, not for equipment, not for anything. United Eagles Financial is a licensed U.S. insurance agency headquartered in Troy, Michigan.

What equipment do I need?

A laptop or desktop computer (a phone alone isn’t enough), a USB headset with a microphone, internet of 20 Mbps or faster, and a quiet place to work.
