Who this is for

Team leaders

You lead a few producers and want an agency that helps you build, not just a contract.

The operating system

What you plug into on day one

Free leads are nice. What keeps producers here is the system around them.

01

Leads in your dialer

Leads are provided — you don’t buy your own. They’re loaded into the dialer and CRM you work from every day.

02

Coaching on real calls

Your recorded calls get scored and reviewed, so coaching is about what you actually said, not theory.

03

The Nest

Our agent hub: training library, scripts, a step-by-step launch path, your schedule and monthly goals in one place.

04

A live scoreboard

Daily production is posted for the whole team. Producers like knowing where they stand.

05

Contracting handled with you

Independent contracts with multiple A-rated carriers, and help getting appointed so you’re selling fast.

06

A path to build

Advancement is based on verified production. When you’re ready, there’s a track to recruit and lead your own team.

The standard we coach to

What producing looks like here

100dials a day
3–5 hrsof live dial time
Power blocksby time zone
Minutesspeed-to-lead on fresh leads

You’re an independent contractor and you run your own day. These are the habits we coach and celebrate — not a time clock.

How it works

  1. 1

    Apply in two minutes

Licensing, your last 90 days of production and why you’re looking.

  2. 2

    Producers book Mark directly

Sold life or health insurance in the last 90 days? You go straight to a 15-minute call with Mark. Bring a recent commission statement or production screenshot.

  3. 3

    Contract, launch, dial

We walk through carriers, contract levels and the promotion guidelines on the call — then get you appointed and on the phones.

Probably not a fit if…

  • You want a salary or a draw. This is 1099, commission-only — income is never guaranteed.
  • You want leads but not the dial time that turns them into policies.
  • You’re not licensed yet — start with our new-agent track instead.

Straight answers

Questions experienced agents ask

Do you provide leads to experienced agents?

Yes. Leads are provided — you don’t buy your own — and they’re loaded into the dialer and CRM you work from. Leads are the advantage, not the whole pitch: production, coaching and the system are why producers stay.

Is there a salary, a draw or a base?

No. This is an independent 1099 role paid on commission only, with no draw and no cap. Income is never guaranteed and depends entirely on your effort and results.

What contract level do experienced agents start at?

Contract levels and advancement are based on verified production, and we walk through the specifics on your call. Bring a recent commission statement or carrier production report so we can look at real numbers.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. We’re headquartered in Troy, Michigan, with agents both in the office and remote. You’ll need to be licensed in the states you sell in.

What if I have a team?

Tell us on the application (“Building or moving a team”). Team leaders get a conversation about how your producers would plug into the system and the path to build.

I’m licensed but haven’t sold recently. Can I still apply?

Yes. Licensed agents who haven’t sold in the last 90 days start with our live weekly group intro, then a one-on-one if it’s a fit.

I’m not licensed yet. Is this page for me?

Not this one — our new-agent track covers licensing, training and your first 90 days. Start at unitedeaglesfinancial.com/join.
